The first day of the event - Feb. 28 – is traditionally a conference open to all members of the QIPC research community, including the reviewers. The registration fee for this day is £25/ including tea coffee, sandwich lunch and dinner at the college.
On March 1 and 2 there will be a closed review for each of the projects and they will run almost in parallel. This non-public part of the review will follow the standard procedures and requirements of the Commission and is open only to members of the three IPs (QAP, SCALA, EuroSQIP) and people directly involved in the review process. Others are advised not to register for these two days. Registration fee for the two days together will be £25/, which will include tea coffee and sandwich lunch on both days. The Conference will be held at St. Anne's College, but because it will be the middle of the University term, the accommodation at the College will not be available. However, there are number of good hotels in Oxford and we recommend the following:
