Student Feedback

The school was generally viewed very positively by the students. On end of course feedback questionnaire's in response to the question “I found the lectures useful”, 38% responded at 5/5, 45% at 4/5, and only 10% at 3/5, 7% at 2/5. More than 50% agreed that “The level of background assumed was about right”, and there were also positive responses concerning the conference location, organization and meals.

One detailed comment from a student was probably representative: “In my opinion the school was well organized and lectures were good in general. The timetable was somehow dense but still appropriate. Concerning the subjects presented, I believe they gave a broad picture of Quantum Information and application proposals, although I think there was an excessive amount of experimental talks and lack of more fundamental/theoretical lectures. Plenary session with Popescu was GREAT!”
